To fulfill your order, you must provide Two Old Souls, Inc. (Reinventing Secondhand) with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact our shop directly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we do! We weigh our items before listing them, but occasionally Etsy's shipping calculator overestimates the cost. If you have any shipping questions or would like an exact quote, please don't hesitate to message us. If there is a gross shipping overage, we will always refund the excess after the item has been shipped.
Where do you source your vintage items?
A majority of the items in our shop are sourced from estate sales and online auctions. We occasionally sell items by consignment for our auction clients and sometimes source items from yard sales or thrift stores. Some of the items are part of our personal collection. Ed and I are passionate about saving as many treasures as possible from landfills and encourage people to buy secondhand whenever possible!
